We provided design assistance and the equipment for the six duplexes Greenheck Laboratory Exhaust Fans with Energy Recovery Plenums, Danfoss VFD's, eighteen Grundfos pumps, and Hydronic Accessories.

We provided Nailor Air Distribution Equipment, Greenheck Exhaust Fans, Grundfos Boosterpaq, Grundfos Hydronic Pumps, and IEC Fan Coil Units on these Dorms.

We provided design assistance and provided the Greenheck Exhaust Fans, Nailor Air Distribution, Thermal Air Handlers(qty-2), Grundfos Boosterpaq, Grundfos Hydronic Pumps, Danfoss VFD's, and Hydronic Accessories.

We provided 2 large Greenheck RVE energy recovery units.

We provided design assistance and provided equipment including (qty-4) 83,000 cfm Climatecraft Air Handlers and Nortec Humidifiers.

We provided design assistance to the engineer to replace a 35 million BTU boiler with (qty-10) 3500mbh modular RBI boilers. We also provided Spirotherm Air/Dirt Separators, Grundfos Hydronic Pumps, Danfoss VFD's, Greenheck Exhaust Fans, and Selkirk Vent Pipe.

We provided design assistance and provided equipment including Grundfos Boosterpaq, (qty-4) Grundfos Packaged Lift Stations, Grundfos Hydronic Pumps, Danfoss VFD's, IEC Fan Coil Units, Vibro-Acoustics Vibration Isolation Equipment, Insul-Pipe Direct Buried Pre-Insulated Hydronic Pipe, and Hydronic Accessories.

We provided design assistance to the engineer to provide 300 tons of Climacool modular chillers, Grundfos Hydronic Pumps, IEC Fan Coil Units, and Hydronic Accessories.

Spirotherm, Inc. manufactures the industry-leading high-efficiency Spirovent coalescing type air elimination products and its extended line of Spirotrap dirt separators. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Spiro Enterprises, Inc., we have been developing and manufacturing products to improve water quality in the HVAC industry for over 35 years. Sizes from 3/4" to 36” pipe, flows to over 30,000 GPM for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. We are currently in the process of replacing each Air/Dirt Separator with a Spirotherm unit on each building to improve water quality at Texas Tech. This project is being headed up by Bobby Flores at Texas Tech.
